What is your return and exchange policy?

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked. Customers pay to ship it back for a full refund and there is no restocking fee.  We offer returns and exchanges for up to 30 days after your item was received. Just make sure your item is in its original condition.

How do I care for my new jewelry?

It is natural for 14k gold plated sterling silver jewelry to tarnish with time, but it can be easily cleaned with sterling silver jewelry cleaner or cloths, and will look brand new. Store your jewelry in an airtight container when not in use and remove before applying perfumes, lotions, or before bathing. Chlorine can permanently damage or discolor your jewelry. Avoid wearing your jewelry while using chlorine bleach or while in a pool or hot tub.

To clean your jewelry, buff very gently with a soft and dry cotton cloth or a microfiber cloth. Never use chemical cleaners on your jewelry as it can strip the gold finish. 

When will my Emma Winston order ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and confirmation.
